How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. Reach out to us through our contact form or email us at [email protected]. Once we connect, we'll send you our short onboarding form to collect your information and get you set up. From there, just send us your next executed contract and we handle everything else.
When do I pay?
Pay as You Go: You only pay when a transaction closes. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.
Bundles: if you purchase a 5- or 10-file bundle, you pay today and you have those credits. Same thing, though: you only use up a credit when a transaction closes. Credits never expire.
Are there any extra charges?
Here at Apex Closings, we believe in providing a contract-to-close service at one flat rate. You will never be asked to pay additional charges to send addendums or anything like that.
What types of transactions do you handle?
Buyers, Seller and New Construction. Full service, contract to close.
Do you work with my broker's compliance system?
Yes. During onboarding we'll ask for access to your broker's compliance platform. Whether your brokerage uses Skyslope, Dotloop, Brokermint, or another system, we'll handle the submissions directly so your file is always compliant and you get paid on time.
What if my deal falls through?
If your deal falls through, you will not be charged for our services. We find that when our incentives are aligned, we work better together.
What states do you operate in?
